APPLICATION FORMS FOR 2007/2008 SESSION REMEDIAL PROGRAMME ON SALE
Application are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into one-year Remedial Programme of Federal University Of Technology, Minna for 2007/2008 session.
(i) Entry Requirements:
Candidates must have at least a pass in English Language and a minimum of three (3) credits in any of THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Agric Science and Geography at SSCE.GCE O’ Level, NECO,NABTEB or Teachers Grade II Certificate Examination in not more than two sittings.
(ii)Method of Application:
Application forms are obtained from the banks listed below:
- Bank PHP PLC, 150 Bosso Road, Minna
- Zenith International Bank PLC, 1 Bank Road, Minna
- Intercontinental Bank PLC, Old Airport Road, Minna
Application forms attracts a non refundable fee of N2,500.00 payable at designated banks above.
Completed application forms should be submitted to the Secretary, Center for Remedial and Extra-Mural Studies (CRES) on or before 30th September, 2007.
The centre is not obligatory to give reasons for rejecting any application nor will it enter into correspondence on the subject matter with any applicant.
Note:
Preference will be given to candidates from the University’s catchments areas of admission.
Forms obtained outside designated banks will not be accepted
