REGISTRATION EXERCISE

Preambles
Registration takes only 2 weeks and one week extension for the payment of prescribed late registration fees. Any student not registered fully within the period will forfeit the session.

 

2014/2015 REGISTRATION EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS

(RETURNING STUDENTS)

New students are expected to complete online registration on or before Sunday 4th March, 2014

The registration is done in the following order:

STAGE 1:

Click on ‘E-portal Button’
Enter your Student ID and Password to login to your page.
NOTE: In case you have forgotten your password; click on TAB 3 to request for your password.

STAGE 2: PERSONAL DATA

Click on ‘Personal Data’ and update your profile

STAGE 3: PAYMENT

STEPS:

Click on 2014/2015 Registration fee link on the right pane of your profile.
NOTE: In case you were on suspension and did not pay your registration fee last session, click on ‘2013/2014’ link to pay for the previous session before clicking on 2014/2015 link

A payment page will be displayed for confirmation.
Payment is done through Debit Card, (MasterCard - Most preferred) or Verve Card which is enabled for online transaction.
Enter ATM card details (Card number, expiry date, CVV i.e. the 3 digits behind the card and pin number)
This automatically debits N24, 950 (foreign students are to pay additional $750 in bursary unit.
NOTE 1:

If payment is successful, the screen will display all the data you previously entered and print button to print the payment Slip.
If Payment is not successful, Take your time to re-query and ensure your account has not been debited before initiating a new payment.
STAGE 4: ACCOMODATION

STEPS:

Click on Accommodation Link
A page showing your hostel type will be displayed
Click on the ‘Book Only’ button to book for accommodation and pay later or click on ‘Book and Pay’ button to book and pay immediately.
Note: For Female students, you have option of choosing from Shehu Aliyu block or others

Enter ATM card details (Card number, expiry date, CVV i.e. the 3 digits behind the card and pin number)
Click on pay button to pay.
After payment, print out your accommodation payment slip and take it to the appropriate hostel to see the hall administrator.
NOTE: You have 72hrs to pay for accommodation after booking ELSE your accommodation will be revoked!!!.

STAGE 5: COURSE REGISTRATION

STEPS:

Click on Course Registration (A list of courses will be displayed)
Click on the ‘Submit’ button to submit and register for the courses
When the courses are successfully submitted, a message is displayed that your course form was successfully submitted.
Click on the ‘Click here to Print’ button to print the course registration form
NOTE 1:

After submission you can only view and reprint your courses registration form.
Submit the printed copy to Dean, HOD, Level Adviser in your department.
Note 2: if you encounter any problem during Registration, call the following numbers between 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to friday.
